The London Original Print Fair, the longest-running art fair in the capital, is back at Somerset House this spring for its 40th anniversary edition. LOPF 2025 will feature over 40 international galleries, publishers and studios, and works spanning six centuries of printmaking. The Fair gives visitors the opportunity to get their hands on pieces from big names – we’re talking the likes of Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Banksy, Andy Warhol, Paula Rego and Tracey Emin. This year’s LOPF will also feature exclusive launches from artists like Peter Blake, David Shrigley, Gavin Turk, Vanessa Jackson, Nicole Farhi and Beatriz Milhazes, with Tom Hammick also creating a new artwork to celebrate the Fair’s 40th anniversary.
Speaking about the milestone, LOPF Director Helen Rosslyn says: “Celebrating 40 years of the London Original Print Fair is a proud moment for all of us. Over the decades, we’ve witnessed the remarkable evolution of printmaking, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see the growing appreciation for this medium. As we mark this special anniversary, we’re excited to continue our mission of inspiring new collectors and showcasing the diversity of prints—from enduring masterpieces to cutting- edge contemporary works. Prints are fascinating to explore and learn about, and they offer a wonderful way to begin collecting art. We can’t wait to share this experience with our visitors.”
