The Nashville-based community arts organisation Lockeland Strings is making its UK debut this December
Live music fans, listen up, you won’t wanna miss this event. This December, the Grade I-listed Union Chapel in Islington is hosting a stunning musical showcase, featuring talent from the UK and beyond. The event will mark the UK debut of Nashville-based nine-piece Lockeland Strings, who’ll be providing the music for four incredible artists.
Lockeland Strings is already an acclaimed community arts organisation, having hosted nights in their native Tennessee alongside favourites such as Kacey Musgraves, Caroline Spence, Lucie Silvas, Fancy and many others. Their first show outside of Nashville will see them team up with Matilda Mann, Eloise and Hohnen Ford, each of whom is an up-and-coming musician with a distinctive style. The evening will also feature singer/songwriter Lydia Luce, who’s a founding member and mainstay of Lockeland Strings.
Speaking about the upcoming performance, Luce says: “We are beyond excited to bring Lockeland Strings to Union Chapel on December 15th. The venue is a dream location for a string section and the performers are a dream lineup. It is our hope that this show will be the first of many and we are eager to expand this beautiful community to London.”

The prize is 4x tickets to Lockeland Strings event at London’s Union Chapel on Friday 15th December with £100 bar tab to be spent on the night. Names will be put on the guestlist for entry.
Travel to the venue is not included.
Doors open at 7pm. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
