a taste of Sweden without leaving London? Then head to the 3 day pop-up traditional Swedish ‘Red Cottage’ at the Truman Brewery which is showcasing food from the regions of West Sweden, Skåne and Luleå in Swedish Lapland. Run by Visit Sweden the pop-up will feature a bookable and free lunch time club at 1 Corbet Place – that’s right we said free lunch! On Monday guests can try some Kalix Löjrom, a very rare caviar aka the gold of the North and fillet of reindeer with cloudberries – what would Santa say?On Tuesday you’ll find crayfish sarnies, soup and scrambled eggs with mackerel and pickled onions. Whilst Wednesday’s menu will be roasted goose served with apple compote & thyme, organic eggs cooked at 63.5 degrees with local cheese & forest mushrooms and black soup made with local apples & sausage.
