After starting out doing Peruvian food, the Pachamama team has moved over into the Med, and the first restaurant they did that with was Zephyr in Notting Hill. Taking inspo from the Greek islands, Zephyr serves up dishes like seabass carpaccio with lemon oil and bottarga; smoked aubergine with roasted sesame; giant butter beans baked with olives and feta; octopus with fava purée; porterhouse with lemon-thyme jus; and olive oil cheesecake. If you fancy a drink before or after dinner, you can head downstairs to cocktail bar Naked & Famous, which has seventies-inspired decor, late night hours, and tequila and mezcal based cocktails on the menu.
