This old school bar and restaurant got taken over by hipster chef Borja Garcia who has previously worked at lauded restaurants Dos Perros, Noma and Asador Etxebarri. It’s not open for dinner sadly – though it does do a simple ‘no cutlery’ breakfast. The lunch menu focuses heavily on seafood cooked simply on the charcoal grill but don’t skip the housemade charcuterie section, especially the chicharrons. On the pricey side but the ingredients and dishes are well worth it. Bag a seat at the bar and sink a couple of vermouths as you work your way through the menu.
