After hosting pop-up restaurants, TT (formerly known at TT Liquor) has got a permanent one of its own, which is operating on both the ground floor and rooftop of the venue. Run by ex-Oren Head Chef Sam Lone, the restaurant is designed around an outdoor grill, so there are plenty of grilled, smoked and wood-fired dishes on the menu. You can expect the likes of smoked ox cheek croquettes with chilli crema, burnt aubergine with brown butter yoghurt, house smoked trout with burnt lemon, lamb kofte with spring garlic & sumac onions, barbecued pork belly with smoked apple & pickled chilli hot sauce, and grilled cabbage with sunflower seed ajo blanco.
