As well as being home to The Blue Boar pub, the Conrad London St James also boasts the the pink art deco restaurant The Pem, named after the pet name for suffragette Emily Wilding Davison. The menu at The Pem is centred around classic combos with a refined new spin – asparagus tartlet with Old Winchester crisp, roast sirloin of beef with red onion tartlet and pickled pear, lamb cannon with lavercake and cockle popcorn – with a wine list that spans independent producers, iconic houses and everything in between.
