The Drop, run by the Hart Brothers (who also have Barrafina and Casa Pastor in Coal Drops Yard) is a cute little wine bar with organic and low-intervention wines and a pretty banging snack menu that’s perfect for soaking up the booze – think cheese boards, short rib & horseradish toasties, beer battered fish bits and lots of other salty bites. The wine list is wide ranging despite its concise length and there are some good beers on offer too. The space is very cute and perfect for a wine bar with exposed brick walls and low arched ceilings due to the building’s heritage as a coal store.
