Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, the pair behind TĀTĀ Eatery, are in residence at The Sea, The Sea in Haggerston, taking over the chef’s table for four weeks. The duo will be showcasing their East meets West style of cooking, blending Mediterranean and Asian flavours using produce from The Sea, The Sea. TĀTĀ will be doing dinners on Mon – Weds evenings, with guest chefs coming in to cook on Mondays – Calum Franklin will be there on 17th July, Jan Ostle from Wilson’s in Bristol is cooking on 24th July, and Niall Davidson will be in the house on 31st July.
