From the Gladwin Brothers, Sussex in Soho brings countryside cooking right to the centre of the city. As with their other spots (The Shed, Rabbit and Nutbourne), the Gladwins source a lot of their food and some wine from the family farm in West Sussex for the menu here, with dishes like Jerusalem artichokes with truffled chestnut cream, sorrel & hazelnuts; stone bass with samphire & mussel sauce; and a great beef wellie for two. The menu changes daily, but you can expect cooking that reflects Sussex’s country roots with a creative twist.
