Seriously good sushi from the same team behind Kappo Ando (another of our faves also on this list). Here, the menu primarily features sustainably sourced seafood from the Nordic region prepared by chef Mads Battefeld in Edomae style, a traditional Tokyo method of preparing sushi in Japan, where Mads worked for many years. It’s an exceptional experience and has just moved into a new location in the restored Customs House in Nordhavn.
