After shuttering his OG Walthamstow site, Pa Modou has taken his West African-influenced bakery to Clapton and Spitalfields, as well as opening a new location in E17 . Expect tapalapa bread, mango & pistachio danishes, cashew croissants, plain croissants glazed with mango, and sesame, miso & white chocolate cookies.
