With his Neal’s Yard restaurant Story Cellar, Tom Sellers helped lead the rotisserie chicken revival. But it’s not just about chicken at the Parisian-inspired spot – though you defo don’t want to miss those premium birds – as the menu includes house terrine, snail bolognaise on toast with parsley butter, dry-aged pork chop and brandy pickled dates, BBQ coley with borlotti beans and romesco, lemon posset soft serve, and bread & butter pudding with tonka bean and orange custard. The restaurant’s fine wine programme is supported by a Coravin system, meaning that diners have the chance to try rare wines that would usually only be available by the bottle. There’s mostly counter-style seating but with spaces by the windows looking out onto Neal’s Yard, there’s also plenty of people watching action on offer too.
