Nose-to-tail pioneers St JOHN are bringing the classics to Dalston’s 40FT Brewery with by popping up at the taproom on Sundays from 4pm. There’ll be one St JOHN dish available – the first week’s one was a jambon beurre with celeriac remoulade and cornichons – alongside St JOHN wine and st JOHN Eccles Stout on tap, alongside all your 40FT faves.
