After turning Pidgin into Sesta last autumn, Drew Snaith and Hannah Kowalski have now opened the restaurant’s terrace on Wilton Way. Sesta’s full menu is available to order on the 16-cover terrace, including dishes like cajun ham chou farci with smoked eel: devilled ox heart skewer with pickled magnolia and green chillies; courgette with black garlic purée, fromage blanc, pickled limequat and Mexican rayu; and tiramisu & brown butter semifreddo. You’ll be able to pair that with natural wines by the glass and bottle from Hannah’s list.
