SCOOP: The Wonderful World of Ice Cream at the British Museum of Food this summer covers the history of our fave sweet treat, with vintage ice cream moulds and equipment, an original Andy Warhol print and a section on the Glasgow ice cream gang wars of the 80s. Obvs being a Bompas & Parr production, there’ll also be plenty of weird and wonderful things to experience too, like a vanilla fog, a sub-zero ice cream chamber, glow-in-the-dark ice cream and historical scoops inspired by the recipes of Victorian ice cream queen Agnes B Marshall.
