Housed in the Marina Del Rey Hotel, SALT, serves up fresh, seasonally inspired and locally sourced food from breakfast through to dinner. The place is dapper and service top notch, which falls inline with the cool contemporary spacious restaurant. The breakfast sandwich made of organic egg over easy, avocado, applewood smoked bacon, hooks cheddar, house-made tomato jam & buttered onion on pain de mie was a bite and we rather liked. SALT also offers amazing views over the harbour, a picturesque sea side wonder which has the world’s largest man-made small craft harbour where 6,500 boats are docked.
