One Hundred Shoreditch is bringing the best of the East Med to the East End with rooftop spot Kaso. Using her upbringing in Istanbul as the inspiration, Chef Ilknur Celik has designed the menu, which features dishes like harissa chicken shish, lamb fritters, fattoush salad, sigara borek and smoked mackerel ezme. There’s a cocktail list to match, including serves such as the Margarissa (tequila, harissa, lime and agave) and the Kasonist (Greek wine, vodka, watermelon scrub and soda). There are DJs spinning every Friday and Saturday nights but you can enjoy the panoramic views of the city all week long.
