Run by Kali and Mem, Palm Greens is a plant based salad bar that’s been trading at the likes of KERB, Broadway Market and Victoria Park Market, and has now set up shop inside NTs. Salads make up the bulk of the menu and draw inspiration from around the world, like the Middle Eastern Super Freekah (with roast cauliflower, broccoli, dried fig, barley and tahini) and the Mexican Arroz Con Pinto (with red rice, black beans, red cabbage and charred jalapeno black bean hummus). They don’t skimp on portion sizes here and if you bring your own lunchbox, they’ll give you a little discount too. On weekends Palm Greens is also serving up vegan brunch with dishes including Avo Salsa Toast, Scallion Pancake and Apple Tahini Toast.
