No. Forty Nine is the new all-day spot from the team behind Cinder, and it offers a plethora of brunch options. It’s a bakery-bistro-wine bar hybrid from Jake Finn and head chef Ella Williams offering brunch on Saturdays and Sundays and, trust us, it’s not just your typical brunch place. We particularly loved the crab scramble, lobster rolls and a delightfully light chicken katsu sando with napa slaw in a milk roll. The flavours are incredibly rich – particularly on the pork smash with bbq sauce in a potato bun – and don’t miss their mimosas – the PERFECT start to a weekend morning. We’re salivating looking back at the pictures and with an excellent dinner as well as brunch on offer, it’s the kind of place you never want to leave…
