Chef Drew Snaith is popping up at Corner Store in Camberwell with his new restaurant concept Nehmann, featuring hyper-seasonal and foraged produce. Dishes will constantly be evolving but you could be getting wild nettle & roast garlic babka with cheese & onion fondue, lamb tongue nuggets with marjoram mayo, courgette baked in embers with ajo blanco & fresh peas, sausage-stuffed Norfolk quail with IPA gravy & cherry mostarda, Chalkstream trout with braised beans & dill yoghurt, lemon verbena & strawberry ice cream sandwich, and miso fudge sachertorte with Hook & Sons cream.
