The Molasses Gallery, which launched during the pandemic last year, promotes the work of young artists of colour curated by Tanaka Saburi and its latest exhibition commodities, which has been done in collaboration with the BUILDHOLLYWOOD family, explores the relationship the artists have with the concept of value, commercial success and commodification in the art world. The exhibition features work from the likes of Miles-Jaye Clement, Tulani Hlalo, Casper Kofi, Leah Hickey, Okiki Akinfe, Xavier Scott Marshall, and Jessica Gianelli, and the pieces are up on billboards all across London so keep your eyes peeled for them.
