Kitchen FM, run by French chefs Fabien Spagnolo and Max Truel, formerly of Frenchie Covent Garden and Pollen Street Social, is popping up at Crispin with a seasonal small plates menu. Dishes include focaccia with crab and cafe de Paris, beef tartare with horseradish and seaweed, and mackerel with onion and potato, with the option to order one of everything for £27.
