Joseph Denison Carey, who’s spent time at Caravel, Pidgin and The Waterhouse Project, as well as running his own project The Bread + Butter Supperclub, is taking up residence at Boundary for the summer. He’ll be cooking dinner at the hotel’s ground floor restaurant, showcasing his take on comfort food. His menu includes dishes like pork & fennel polpette in arrabbiata sauce, leek tart with bechamel suace, grilled onglet with braised lettuce, tagliatelle in tomato and lemon, grilled leeks in romesco sauce, chocolate tart with creme diplomat, lemon & almond cake, and tiramisu.
