There are several places to get Taiwanese fried chicken in Chinatown but Ji Chickens is one of the best. Just as you’d find at one of Taiwan’s night markets, the chicken at Ji Chickens is super crispy on the outside and juicy on the insider, and you can season it with one of 12 different flavour powders, including garlic, plum, lemon, chilli and seaweed. This chicken shop is also known for its volcanic cheesy chicken, which, as the name suggests, is a massive piece of chicken stuffed with hot, oozy cheese.
