Million Pound Menu winner Jay Morjaria is following up his JAE residency in Dalston with new pop-up Korean diner concept Park & Kim at Shoreditch cocktail bar Callooh Callay this summer. Park & Kim blends the retro vibe of an American diner with punchy Korean flavours, so go through the wardrobe for dishes like bulgogi smash burgers with bulgogi glaze, sesame onions and Korean mustard; Korean fried chicken burgers; kimchi burritos with fried rice, pulled pork, chiptole mole and Nongshim shrimp crackers; gochujang hot honey wings; vegetable mandu with fried eggs and gochugaru; and loaded bulgogi fries with bulgogi mince, American cheese and ssamjang mayo.
