Founded by siblings Jordan and Chyna in 2020, Jam Delish has won a legion of fans, including Raheem Sterling and Common, not to mention a number of restaurant critics, for its plant-based Caribbean food. Taking inspiration from the recipes of their grandparents, the pair have put an innovative spin on Caribbean flavours, with dishes like Red Stripe-glazed jerk cauliflower; coco bread filled with roasted jackfruit ‘oxtail’ and plantain ketchup; curry “goat’ (lentils and wheat protein) with rice & peas; guava pepper mushroom ‘scallops’ with Grenadian green banana coconut puree; ‘saltfish’ rundown and green plantain tostones; and chocolate pimento festivals.
