Not content with doing the best ice cream sandwiches in the land, Happy Endings is making it a soft serve summer with a pop-up soft serve bar at Pavilion in Victoria Park. They’ll be doing different soft serve flavours (it started with tres leches and raspberry sorbet with sprinkles) each week and thanks to a two flavour twist machine, you’ll be able to mix and match your ice creams. If you really want to double down, all the Happy Endings ice cream sarnies will be available too. The kiosk will open Thurs -Sun for the rest of the summer, we’ll see you there.
