Scottish chef Mark Greenaway set out to reimagine a childhood fave and rekindle London’s dwindling pie population with his brand, Greenaway’s. Already established and acclaimed for his other restaurants, Greenaway’s Pie & Mash features a menu of confit duck and lentil; butternut squash and goat’s cheese; chicken and mushroom; beef and onion; and apple and rhubarb topped with whipped cream and custard.
