Flank is all about whole animal cooking. These guys use some of the best produce from all over the country for their nose-to-tail dishes, so not only do their burgers taste good, but they’re more sustainable and ethical too. In the breakfast department you can feast on a crispy smoked pork and golden-yolked bun, or skip the meat and load your brekkie burger with mushrooms and cheese. And when it comes to the main affair, we’re big fans of the classic Flank burger, with aged ex-dairy mince of flank, chuck & short rib topped with St Giles cheese, dill pickles, onion jam, crispy onions & Flank burger sauce.
