Chefs Louis Korovilas and Taylor Sessegnon-Shakespeare, who met at Pied a Terre and have worked at Bancone together, are the brains behind Dita, a new weekend-only spot open above Islington Arts Club. Across Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday lunch, the pair serve a weekly changing, Italian-French inspired set menu at £55 a head – the soft launch menus have includes dishes like broad bean orzotto with glazed chicken wing and ricotta; beef carpaccio with oyster cream and baby artichokes; herbed goat raviolo; and yoghurt tart with burnt apricot sorbet.
