We’re big fans of POPfit, the London Fields dance fitness studio created by Royal Ballet-trained dancer Stephanie Burrows. POPfit classes combine elements of dance, yoga, pilates and plyometrics, and they are all set to bangin’ pop soundtracks, so it’s a proper feel-good workout. As we’re all in lockdown, the studio is closed but that’s not stopping us from getting a sweat on. The POPfit team is taking over the LOTI Instagram for two LIVE, 30-minute workouts, so check the schedule below and get involved:
