Sell-out supper club Little Kolkata has gone perm in Covent Garden, with a more extensive menu, cocktail list and spesh themed evenings. Little Kolkata started life after co-founders Prabir Chattopadhyay and Biswajit Deb Das wanted to bring authentic Bengali food, and a taste of home, to Britain, with the supper clubs regularly selling out. Now the restaurant features sharing dishes like cod with Calcuttan mustard sauce, spiced sauteed chicken livers with truffle paratha, and cardamom coffee brownie with rose ice cream, and Indian spices and flowers like saffron and jasmine in the cocktails.
