Hackney’s Rawduck (sister site to Ducksoup in Soho) is known for its range of pickles, ferments and drinking vinegars and now they’re taking it to the next level by opening a brand new place dedicated to the art of fermenting. Coming to Dalston this spring, Little Duck – The Picklery will be a fermenting workshop and store, with everything they pickle available for sale by the gram and by the jar, as well as a wine bar and all-day diner. That’s all the info we’ve got so far but you can bet we’ll be keeping a close eye on this one…
