Following a collab with Gizzi Erskine, Lightnin’ Hot Things (aka chef Martin Shaw) is teaming up with Dave the Baker of Pump Street Bakery in Suffolk for a one-off summer menu. They’ll be cooking up the likes of black sea cornbread, smoked pork chop & pickled chilli; BBQ cuttlefish, green onion & aged beef fat brioche; BBQ lamb beyti, smoked flatbread, hung yoghurt & pomegranate onions; smoked courgette, cracked wheat, and fired & pickled radish, chilli oil; and smoked chocolate doughnut, sea salt & rhubarb. The BBQ will be hosted at Orbit Beers Taproom in South London and tickets include one of Orbit’s award-winning Nico Köln Lagers and an exclusive appetiser. No British summer is complete without a BBQ, so why not take it up a notch?
