Leon and co. have been doing great work with their Feed NHS campaign, which has been raising money to fund its incredible drive to feed NHS workers – they are currently on 44,000 meals per day cross the country!
One of the ways you can get involved is buying from the Feed Britain online shop, as all proceeds go to help fund the campaign. As well as fresh fruit and veg and Leon’s own range of meals, sauces, and condiments, there’s a range of meal boxes from other great suppliers such as Brindisa and The Ginger Pig, one of London’s best butchers.
The Ginger Pig’s box contains: 1kg Handmade British sausages; 2 Proper British pork chops; 4 Hand-pressed chuck steak burgers made with British beef; 1 60 day dry-aged British rump steak; 500g Rashers of dry-cured British bacon; and 500g Diced British chuck steak – all for £55. It’s great value and if you’ve seen the queues at the Victoria Park shop during lockdown, just getting this delivered without waiting in line is a blessing, let along helping a good cause at the same time!
