Everyone knows grandma’s cooking is best so if you want to learn how to make the best pasta, you need to an Italian grandma to teach you. That’s exactly what you can do at Eataly as they’ve got one of the original nonnas from Pasta Grannies coming over from Italy for a very spesh cooking class. Nonna Maria, alongside an Eataly chef, will show you how to make cappelletti in brodo from the first Pasta Grannies book, and tortelli celci di castagne (sweet baked chestnut tortelli) which is a recipe featured in the new recipe book. As well as cooking and eating the two dishes, the tickets include a welcome glass of prosecco, a copy of the latest Pasta Grannies book, detailed recipe cards and a diploma signed by nonna Maria.
