Gotto Trattoria is all about simple and tasty family-style Italian food and at this masterclass you can learn how to make a real deal Neapolitan pizza. After a spritz on arrival, you’ll get the tricks of the trade from Gotto’s master pizzaiolo who’ll guide you through dough preparation, the best ingredients to use and home-baking techniques. Then you get to have a go yourself, rolling out your own dough and making your very own pizza using Gotto’s range of quality Italian produce.
Not only do you get to tuck into your creation afterwards – all that pizza making is hungry work – you’ll get enough dough for two more pizzas to take home, so you can impress your housemates/other halves with your new baking skills.
Tickets are £19.50 and include two spritzes, the masterclass and a pizza.
