Get ready for lots of meringue
It’s been ten years since the Big Mamma Group was founded and seven since it came to London, and we’re celebrating both milestones by hosting a mega lemon meringue pie masterclass at Gloria in Shoreditch. And we’re doing it on Valentine’s weekend so it makes for a pretty sweet date.
At the masterclass, held exclusively for our INSIDERS on Sun 15th February, you can learn all the secrets behind the Incomparable Lemon Pie, aka of the city’s most showstopping desserts. Gloria’s pastry chef will do a step-by-step demo showing how the pie is put together and then it’s over to you to assemble your own, including piping and shaping six inches of Italian meringue on top – and it’s thirsty work so you’ll get a Bellini or a virgin cocktail to enjoy too.
Tickets to the masterclass cost £25 and include the chef demo, lemon meringue pie assembly, a cocktail, a printed recipe card and a box to take your finished pie home in.

Tickets for the Lemon Meringue Pie masterclass go on sale to our INSIDERS at 8am on Thurs 29th January, via email. Any remaining tickets will then be released here at 10am on Thurs 29th January.
