Learn How to Make Pizza at Homeslice City

The Bloomberg Arcade restaurant is hosting a one-off masterclass that’s all about pizza making

With its collection of eight restaurants, Bloomberg Arcade has become a hotspot for food in the City. But it’s not just somewhere to eat and drink, it’s a place where you can roll up your sleeves and check out the restaurants like never before.

Known for its whopping 20-inch pizzas and innovative flavour combos – the chorizo, corn and coriander is a firm fave alongside curried lamb, smoked burrata, tarragon pesto, pickled chillies and crispy broad beans – Homeslice is one of the best places to get a slice (or several) in London. And now you can learn all the secrets behind crafting the perfect Homeslice pizza with this masterclass, led by the restaurant’s master pizza chefs. The dough will be pre-made so it’s ready to go when you arrive and then you can get to work shaping it into a 12-inch pizza and topping it with all your fave things.

The workshop will be split into five 30-minute sessions, each with a maximum of eight people per session, to ensure that you all get a proper hands-on experience. Once your slot is over and your creation has been through the oven, you can sit down in the restaurant to eat it and hang out for as long as you like.

Tickets for the Homeslice masterclass cost £25 and include the hands-on session with the chefs, a 12-inch pizza of your own making to eat, a drink and nibbles at the table, which is pretty great value for money. Grab yours below and get a pizz’a the action.
