Make and eat your own flatbreads
Like the original Neal’s Yard restaurant, The Barbary Notting Hill takes inspiration from the food of the Barbary Coast, ranging from southern Europe to northern Africa. Bread is a huge part of the cuisines of those regions and now you can learn to make one of The Barbary’s signature breads at this exclusive masterclass.
On Sun 1st March, we’re hosting a barbari bread-making masterclass at the Notting Hill restaurant, where you’ll learn how to make the flatbread, which is a cross between the Iranian barbari and an Indian naan. Cooked in a Gozney oven, it’s crispy yet fluffy, making it the perfect vehicle for scooping up dips like spinach borani and whipped goat’s butter. After you’ve made your own bread and it’s been cooked, you’ll get to try your handiwork alongside a range of dips, and you’ll also get some za’atar to take home with you in branded Barbary bottles.
Tickets to the masterclass cost £20 and include the full session, dips to enjoy and za’atar to take home, and if you’d like to stay on for some food afterwards, attendees can also score 40% off lunch at The Barbary Notting Hill too.

INSIDERS can book their tickets for the bread-making masterclass at The Barbary Notting Hill on Sun 1st March for £20 below. If you’re not a member yet, sign up below for just £2 a month.
