London house hunters, you won’t wanna miss this
This week, NHG Homes is offering prospective homeowners in London FREE expert advice for getting on the property ladder – plus, plenty of bonus treats. On Sat 14th October, the housing association will be hosting an event all about Shared Ownership at at its development Kidbrooke Square in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, while also marking National Dessert Day with a selection of food trucks, cocktail classes and even dog treats.
The ‘Understanding Shared Ownership’ event is all about helping those looking to buy in London to understand more about their options, with financial advisers on hand to offer expert guidance. You’ll get to learn more about mortgages, as well as gain insight into the Shared Ownership purchasing process, from buying through to staircasing and re-selling.
And to make the deal a little sweeter, there’ll be a bunch of treat-themed activities to get involved with. Grab a bite to eat from one of the event’s sweet or savoury food trucks, enjoy a masterclass in cocktail making at one of their dessert-inspired workshops or get some goodies for your four-legged friends at the dog food stall.
