LE CORDON BLEU TO LAUNCH CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE AT CORD

Iconic Parisian cookery school Le Cordon Bleu is opening CORD, a new London hub made up of a culinary institute, restaurant and cafe in the former Reuters building on Fleet Street. The 90-seater restaurant, the first time the institution has opened one in London, will showcase everything from tasting menus to a la carte to a £25 set lunch, with dishes like heritage tomato carpaccio with buratti; smoked rainbow trout with fennel, pomegranate, apple & yuzu; poached dover sole with leek, wild garlic & seaweed; and milk-fed lamb with polenta, sea herbs & broad beans.

The cafe will serve patisserie, viennoiseries, sandwiches, salads and soups, as well as offering a click & collect service at lunchtimes. Guests will be able to check out the menu, order and choose a pick-up time via an in-house app, and regulars will get rewarded with discounts and freebies.
