We love a good kebab and Le Bab and Maison Bab dish up some of the best in town, and now they’re doing even more of them as Le Bab is opening a brand new spot in Dalston inside the new Kingsland Locke aparthotel. As well as a range of studios and suites to stay in, the new hotel is also home to a fitness studio, co-working space and microbrewery, distillery and restaurant Kraft Dalston. German Kraft Brewery and Jim and Tonic will be producing sustainable beer (served fresh from the tanks) and small-batch gin right on site to go with grub from Le Bab. 🌯 + 🍸 = 🤸🏼♀️
Le Bab will be doing small plates of meat butter naan and rare breed beef brisket doner alongside taco-sized kebabs. That means smaller versions of their signatures like the 15 hour pork shawarma with chermoula mayo, lamb madras adana and spiced paneer with beetroot & coconut puree. And if they’re smaller you can eat more of them right?
With Bermondsey Larder over in the Bermond Locke building and now Le Bab in this one, the Locke Hotels group is nailing the food and drink at the moment.
