Chef Larry Jayasekara, 2016’s National Chef of the Year, has teamed up with business partner Tim Jeffries to open a restaurant in the Mayfair neighbourhood later this year. With 18 years experience under his belt, Larry has previously worked under the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Wareing, Raymond Blanc and Michel Roux, as well as at Bray’s three Michelin-starred Waterside Inn. Pretty impressive, ‘eh?
The restaurant is unnamed as of yet, but will be located within Bruton Place Mews and feature an open kitchen alongside a private dining room. The pair also landed a second spot at Bruton Place which will function as a delicatessen and takeaway, but with both sites needing a little TLC ahead of their opening we’ll be waiting until the autumn before any doors officially open.
