Toklas‘ baking sister, Toklas Bakery, and pop-up bakers Lark! have teamed up to create a one-off menu of pastries inspired by the world’s summer fruits. The selection of bakes will be available at Toklas Bakery on 9th July from 10am, with some highlights including pickled peach panzanella danishes, strawberry & rhubarb pie, mango stuffed laminated brioche and roasted peach mascarpone tarts. There’ll be savoury options too, like the courgette & parmesan pain suisse and crispy potato & tapenade strecci. Be sure to get there early because once these are gone they’re gone.
