LANGOSTERIA WILL LAUNCH ITS LONDON DEBUT AT THE OWO

The Milanese spot has been announced as the last independent restaurant to be joining eight others opening at The OWO

Over the past few months, The OWO (Old War Office) in Whitehall has slowly been releasing the details of its nine resident restaurants. Now, it’s been revealed that the latest on that list will be Milanese fashion-world hot spot Langosteria. This launch will mark Langosteria’s London debut and it’ll be joining two restaurants from Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur as well as another Milanese spot, Paper Moon, among others.

The international fine dining restaurant has Italian roots and incorporates Italian traditions into its dishes, but also uses the best of global produce and flavours. The Langosteria Group currently holds seven restaurants, with four in Milan, one in Paris, one in St Moritz and one overlooking a bay between Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino.

The newest Langosteria will open with The OWO this summer and while we don’t have exact menu details just yet, we can expect a selection of the group’s signature dishes as well as plates exclusive to the London site. There’ll be plenty of quality wine and both original and classic cocktails, as well as a menu of bar snacks. Sounds like Whitehall’s taking a stab at being the new Milan.
