LACOSTE LAUNCHES COLLAB WITH A.P.C.

For the first time, French outfitters Lacoste and A.P.C. have come together to launch a collab collection. Combining the aesthetics of the two brands, the new sports and workwear pieces feature military and 90s influences with some items made with A.P.C.’s signature Japanese raw denim. The focus was on creating wearable essentials, and with A.P.C. denim known for its durability, these could become long-term wardrobe staples.

The complete collection, available to buy online as of last week, comprises polos, jeans, shirts, parkas, dresses, tracksuits, sneakers and accessories, with notable pieces including a giant tote bag, a pair of co-branded leather trainers and even a cut grass scented candle (not for hayfever suffers out there). Lacoste’s creative director Louise Trotter has remarked on her long-time love of A.P.C. and how naturally the two brands came together – it sounds like a match made in heaven.
