Northern Thai supper club Laam (co-founded by Nathan Brown (Phayu) and Patarita Tassanarapan (KG) of som saa and Kolae) is back with its first event of 2024. This March, they’ll be taking over Hackney Chinese Community Services for two days, serving up a menu of six different Northern Thai and Thai-Chinese sharing dishes – plus, plenty of sticky rice. Tickets are £55 per person (not including booze, it’s BYOB) and they’re going fast, so grab ’em quick.
